Our ex Junior Open GP Cadet Champion Sam Randon, was racing last weekend in his final race of the season. This was his first year circuit racing, and he was competing in the Clio Cup with Pro Tyres Series.

Competition background

We were proud to be selected as one of only five kart tracks from the United Kingdom to be a qualifying centre for a national competition held by EasyKart UK. We had to select the best five drivers from our Junior Open GP Championship and they would progress to the national final where each driver would be assessed on a variety of things from driving ability to presentation in a day long assessment.

Consistency paid off for three talented boys from Heart of England School near Coventry, who have walked away as winners of the acclaimed British Schools Karting Championship (BSKC) 2013.
