The XKart Scholarship is the next step for junior drivers looking to progress into national championship racing.
Win a fully-funded drive in the 2026 Junior Kart Championship in the newest X-Kart chassis, worth a combined £25,000.

Step 1 - Register
Register with XKart to enter the 2025 Scholarship, for your chance to win a fully funded season racing!

Step 2 - Qualify
Visit Team Karting in Rochdale OR Mr Karting in Warwick and head out onto the track and set a lap time, the top 50% of drivers will qualify.
Qualifying sessions must be completed by 30th August 2025, and have a fee of £50.
You can complete multiple qualifying sessions to improve your chances.
While laptimes are logged and meassured, we will also be reviewing driver potential, attitude and other factors.
We will occasionally run exclusive track sessions for XKart Scholarship qualifying, please get in touch to check the dates. You can qualify at any time in our open arrive & drive sessions.
Step 3 - Stage 2 Assessment
Those who qualify for stage 2 will be judged on number of aspects from fitness, media engagement and of course driving ability in a full day of assessment. The Scholarship winner will be chosen and announced at the end of the event.
If you make stage 2, there is a fee of £395 (+£50 optional insurance).
Step 4 - RACE!
The winning driver will compete fully funded in Junior Rotax in the 2026 Kart Championship racing their XKart chassis!
However, even if you aren’t lucky enough to win the 2025 scholarship, XKart can offer opportunities to drivers wishing to progress their racing!
